Tutoring kicked off the start of its third year yesterday with general excitement, overwhelming enthusiasm, and a packed house. We had a wonderful mix of new faces and familiar, both with tutors and students.
New to 826michigan? Tutoring allows students aged 8-18 to get one-on-one homework help in any subject. It happens Monday through Thursday, here at 826michigan, and is totally free. Session one goes from 3:30-4:30 and session two from 4:30-5:30. Informal writing workshops happen every day at 4:30 for any student who has finished his or her homework. Tutoring is drop-in, so you don’t need to register, just come on by, fill out some paperwork, and poof: free, focused, fun homework help! Questions? Give us a call!
