The Return of Tutoring

First, a funny story. Yesterday, Anya, a student needing help on her writing, rushed into the Liberty Street Robot Supply & Repair. “I need a tutor!” she said. When we told her, sadly, that tutoring doesn’t start until next week, she was aghast, dismayed, essentially beside herself. And then, friends, what should happen at that very moment? Who should walk through our doors? Keane. Keane, one of our favorite tutors. “What are you doing here?” we asked. To which he replied: “I AM HERE TO TUTOR.”

We could go on, but we won’t. Kismet right in our very storefront!

Tutoring resumes Monday, September 22 (Happy Birthday, Erin!). Tutoring happens from 3:30 to 5:30 Monday through Thursday. Tutoring provides homework help for students ages 8-18. If you are younger than 8, we’re sorry! Keep growing! Students do not need to register for Drop-in Tutoring, just show up, fill out some paperwork, and you’re ready to go. Students can come and go as they please: if you need to come once a week, great; if you need to come four times a week, also great; if you need to come once a month, still great, we’ll be happy to see you whenever you come through our doors. Are our tutors awesome? Yes. Do they care about you and your homework? Yes. Will they help you get it done, and maybe even make it fun? YES.

See you Monday!
